C&W names new head of Slovakia

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Cristina Dumitrache as the new managing director of its business in Slovakia.

Dumitrache, who will lead a team of 19 professionals in the country, has 17 years of real estate experience. She spent the last two years with C&W Slovakia prior to which she worked for the adviser in Romania where she headed up the retail team.

C&W's team in Slovakia also comprises Matus Furman, head of retail; Jan Bryndza, head of office agency; Radoslav Blazo, head of project management; Richard Souhrada, head of property & asset management Slovakia; and Aneta Lendvayová, head of valuation & advisory.
