Cushman & Wakefield has appointed partner James Chapman to head up its capital markets team for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia).
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed partner James Chapman to head up its capital markets team for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia).
Chapman, previously head of capital markets in the Czech Republic, takes over from Charles Taylor who was appointed managing partner of the firm’s Polish office in July 2013.
Chapman joined C&W's Prague office in 2001 and has led the capital markets team for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the past seven years. Notable recent successes include the sale of The Park for Aberdeen.
He has also previously worked in the firm's London office and will now relocate to Warsaw.
