Property adviser Cushman & Wakefield has been named exclusive agent for the commercialisation of its 150,000 m2 logistic warehouse facility located on the Trilogiport site in the Belgian city of Liège.

Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Deutsche Lagerhaus Trilogiport and its Benelux partner, CETIM.

Trilogiport Liège is a multimodal logistic development enjoying a top location, along the Canal Albert, in Hermalle-sous-Argenteau. Deutsche Lagerhaus - one of the strongest German players in the logistics sector - was attracted by its location as the most in-land container terminal on the Antwerp-Germany axis.

The site is an important outpost outside Germany and forms an ideal link with the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp. Together with their Belgian partner CETIM, Deutsche Lagerhaus Trilogiport has taken up a concession of 300,000 m2, for the development of 150,000 m2 of warehouses. They are expected to be put on the market in several phases from the end-2012.
