Cushman & Wakefield has started the marketing process for a portfolio of properties belonging to Slovak Telekom.

The portfolio comprises 43 properties with a total of nearly 170,000 m2 of lettable area. The properties consist mainly of administrative and technical facilities and are located in 35 towns and cities across Slovakia. The assets include training and accommodation facilities in Bratislava as well as an office complex in the centre of Kosice.

According to Alexander Rafajloviè, head of investment at Cushman & Wakefield's Slovakian office, the portfolio is the first major package of properties for sale in Slovakia in a number of years. 'Due to its structure and possible use in combination with the offer price, we believe it will appeal to both developers and investors,' he added.
