Advisor Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to sell a portfolio of four logistics assets in Northern Italy for over €50 mln, PropertyEU has learned.
The package, which is owned by a major healthcare operator, has just been officially launched for sale and is expected to attract strong bidding from a range of both local and international institutional investors.
Situated in two locations in Northern Italy, the assets provide around 65,000 m2 of logistics space across four facilities which would be leased back under long-term rental agreements.
