Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Waheed Aslam as Strategic Business Planner in its Client Solutions Group. The group, headed by Michael Creamer, provides corporate and institutional occupier clients with an integrated service that covers strategic account management, project management, facilities management, lease administration, property management and building consultancy.
Aslam joins C&W from the international research agency TNS where his clients included investment banks, legal and other professional services firms. In his newly-created role at Cushman & Wakefield he will strengthen the firm’s offering of insightful strategic advice that supports the business needs of clients, using market research data, competitive information and market forecasts, and where necessary, commissioning new research and analysis.
