C&W's Michael Atwell has relocated to Dubai to head up the office and to oversee its future expansion. Atwell has worked previously in the Middle East and, for the past seven years, has led successfully the capital markets team in Warsaw.
The property broker is already working with major international companies such as NSN, Nokia and GlaxoSmithKline in the Middle East and it represents a number of well known major Middle Eastern funds on a worldwide basis. The firm expects to double the size of its team within the next 12 months and will be recruiting in the region.
