'We are confident in the success of Delta Plaza in searching for tenants because of the overall situation in the Moscow market which shows a limited number of new office developments in the centre of Moscow and strong tenant demand for Class A buildings,' said Olga Sukhareva of C&W office agency.
Also this week, C&W's Russian office said that it has appointed Semyon Yurchenko as new head of the Regional Department, which was founded in 2006 to help develop the group's range of services for regional customers, across Russia and the CIS, and to support corporate clients in their regional activities.
Yurchenko graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Applied Mechanics and Production Management and Marketing. He started his career at construction company Martin Kearney Co. as a project manager and joined C&W in 2007 in the position of Project Manager.
