Cushman & Wakefield has appointed leading occupier expert Guy Grundy as a partner and head of Occupier Representation in France.

Grundy joins C&W in September after 16 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Paris where he was most recently head of International Corporate Solutions advising on tenant rep assignments for clients such as Accenture, Morgan Stanley and Microsoft. Other recent major client assignments include Sony Europe and Ogilvy & Mather. Prior to that, he spent six years in London at Goddard and Smith, gaining wide experience servicing retail and local authority clients before moving to France in 1990.

He will be based in C&W's Paris office and will be specifically focused on developing the firm’s occupier representation business covering transaction and project management specialising in lease acquisition, disposals, consultancy, lease negotiations and lease renewals.

He will be a senior member of C&W's 1,050-strong Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) which is led by Michael Creamer.
