Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its UK Logistics & Industrial team by hiring capital markets specialist Christopher Robinson as a partner.
Robinson will join in December from JLL, where he is a director.
He will also work closely with colleagues in the firm’s UK Retail Capital Markets team, led by Marcus Wood, given the increasingly close relationship between the two sectors especially in the out of town market.
His appointment continues Cushman & Wakefield’s expansion within the UK logistics and industrial market, following its acquisition of consultancy Burbage Realty Partners last year. Cushman & Wakefield’s specialist team offers a full suite of leasing, capital markets, occupier services, project and development, valuation and consulting services.
