C&W grows portfolio valuation business with BNP Paribas' David Mills

David Mills has joined Cushman & Wakefield as partner and head of portfolio valuation.

He comes from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a director in the portfolio valuation practice, advising several €1 bn-plus commercial property portfolios.

David Lusher, UK CEO of valuation and advisory said: ‘We believe the market cycle is now at the right point to invest strongly in growing our existing portfolio valuation business.’

C&W’s UK valuation and advisory team has 75 members and portfolios with a total value of more than €50 bn.
