The Francuska Office Centre is located close to Katowice’s state administration offices as well as the new Regional Court building currently under construction. The buildings will feature air-conditioning, telecommunication systems, suspended ceilings, tilt windows, fitted carpeting and a modern building management system.
Krzysztof Misiak of the office department at Cushman & Wakefield, commented: ‘There has been a shortage of high-quality office space in Katowice for a long time. Thanks to investments such as the Francuska Office Centre tenants will have an opportunity to lease top-quality modern offices. Katowice is one of the most dynamically developing office space markets in Poland. It has all the advantages of a large agglomeration and its exceptionally well-developed transport infrastructure is distinctive. In addition, the potential of Katowice should be seen from the perspective of the entire Silesian region, which is inhabited by 4.7 million people.’
