C&W buys retail warehouse specialist Petch Hall
Property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has acquired peer company Petch Hall, a retail warehouse specialist based in the North of England. No financial details were disclosed. The firm's owners, Chris Petch and Andy Hall, will both join C&W as partners and will be based at C&W’s Manchester office.
