Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has boosted its London residential team with two new hires.

Jack Simmons and James Chell both join the company from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Simmons (pictured) joins C&W as a partner and head of residential and will be responsible for boosting the company’s activities in residential development and investment services.

Simmons moves to C&W following an 11-year stint at JLL, where he was a founding director of the residential investment and development team.

Chell also joins C&W from JLL and will work within the existing London residential team, which includes partner Toby Greville and associate Dominic Price. Chell also previously served as development manager at Southern Housing Group.

C&W’s London residential team acts on transactions and development procurement for owners and investors. Its recent projects have included the disposal of both the 26-storey residential tower Eagle House, on behalf of NAMA, and the US Embassy at Nine Elms on behalf of the US State Department.
