Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital AS has appointed Lisa F. Wold as Head of Capital Markets in Norway.
Wold has more than 17 years’ experience in the Nordic Real Estate Market and has an extensive Nordic and international investor network. She joins from Arctic Securities, where she has been a partner and corporate finance advisor working with real estate related transactions for the past six years.
'The Nordic real estate market is becoming increasingly integrated and we see a large capital flow between the Nordic countries. In addition, many international investors see the Nordic region as one single market,' commented Agneta Jacobsson, head of Sweden and the Nordics, Cushman & Wakefield.
'This is noticeable in our pan-Nordic transactions. Lisa's experience and strong ability to carry into effect complex corporate and property transactions will be vital in the Norwegian business. Additionally this also strengthens the Capital Markets team on a Nordic basis,' added Jacobsson.
Wold will head up the Capital Markets team succeeding Peer Christensen. Peer will continue his role as advisor and chairman of the Realkapital Group.
