Cushman & Wakefield has boosted its London team with the appointment of Robert Murphy as partner and head of its development team in the City of London.

Cushman & Wakefield has boosted its London team with the appointment of Robert Murphy as partner and head of its development team in the City of London.

Murphy moves to Cushman & Wakefield after 24 years at CBRE where he was a senior director in the Central London Development team. He led CBRE's focus on landed estates and had overall responsibility in Central London for investment and development restructurings and development consultancy.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Murphy will work closely with the firm's London development experts Zoe Bignell and William Jackson.

In July this year, Digby Flower and Andrew Parker also joined C&W from CBRE as head of London markets and head of City of London agency respectively
