Martin Hudak has been promoted to the position of head of industrial agency at Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia.
Hudak joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2013 as a junior negotiator and was promoted to a senior position in 2015.
In the new role, Hudak will oversee a team offering advisory services with a focus on business development with local and international companies from the industrial sector.
Hudak takes responsibility for advice on lease and sales of industrial space, halls, warehouses and lands for various projects in Slovakia and abroad to clients including Prologis, P3, Goodman a VGP.
