Cushman & Wakefield have appointed Carmen Jiménez and Patricia Martín as co-directors of capital markets in Madrid.
Previously associates in the department, both will lead a team that advises customers in acquisitions and real estate sales with a focus on the office and industrial sector.
Jiménez and Martín have ten years of experience in real estate consulting, with a special focus on the Madrid market.
Before joining the capital markets team, Jiménez was part of the Agencia Oficinas team, leading tenant representation services in Spain.
For her part, Martín worked at Deloitte and was part of the valuations department and the capital markets team in Savills, with a focus on the Madrid office market.

The C&W team provided advice on significant transactions in Madrid over the past several months, including the purchase of Vizcaya 12 by Swiss Life Asset Managers France and the acquisition of Áncora 40, current HQ of Just Eat, by Deka Immobilien.
