Jonathan Delguste joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2004 as a negotiator in charge of the letting of commercial units in the Brussels region, as well as in Liege, Verviers, Waterloo and many other locations.

Nicolas Beaussillon joined the Retail Agency team in May 2005, and developed his expertise in the letting market as well, with an emphasis on main streets and shopping centres in the French-speaking side of the country. As an example, he is responsible for the commercialisation of the forthcoming Anspach (Brussels) and Médiacité (Liege) shopping centres.
