Ghelamco Poland has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as property manager for Crown Square, the developer's new office scheme in Warsaw.
The facility completed in March is located in the district of Wola, near Rondo Daszyñskiego. Within the project services C&W is responsible for operational and financial management of the building.
The class A office building provides 16,200 m2 of leasable space. It comprises 12 storeys above ground with a three-level underground parking for 227 cars. The ground floor will feature retail and services units. Crown Square was designed by the architectural studio of Konior & Partners.
The appointment is the latest addition to C&W's portfolio of around 500,000 m2 of property under management in Warsaw.
