C&W appointed as letting agent for Infopark A in Budapest

Real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed as the exclusive letting agent for the high-profile office building Infopark A in South Buda on behalf of Europolis, one of the leading real estate investors in CEE.

Infopark A currently offers approximately 6,000 m² of open-plan office space over three floors and will be marketed to tenants with requirements ranging in size from 100-6,000 m².

Infopark A office building has approximately 12,000 m² of lettable office area. This class A office building was built in 2000 and was upgraded in 2009.
