C&W adds to Munich investment team

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Catharina Fader as partner and new head of its investment department in Munich.

Fader has over 15 years' professional experience in real estate consultancy. Prior to joining C&W, she worked at UBS Real Estate KAG for eight years as director acquisition and disposition Germany.

In this role, she was responsible for transaction management for countries including France and Belgium, as well as asset management in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Germany. Prior to this, she worked as a senior consultant in the Investment team at JLL after starting her career as a consultant at C&W.
