Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Sharon French as partner in the property & asset management team within its London Markets group with effect from 30 April.

French has spent most of her career with CBRE where she led the Central London team for a number of years, managing assets and relationships for clients such as Heron, Deka, Evans Randall, St Martins, Motcomb Estates, Atlas Capital, Pembroke and D2.

Cushman & Wakefield's Property & Asset Management team in London is led by Polly Plunket-Checkemian and is retained on several high-profile instructions including the mandate for the management of Regent Street on behalf of The Crown Estate; as managing agent on Heron Tower; as asset management adviser for Paternoster Square on behalf of Mitsubishi Estates Company.

In February, Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of Digby Flower and Andrew Parker from CBRE as head of London Markets and head of City Agency respectively.
