'The combination of global perspective and local investment management expertise fully equips us to succeed in the market and grow the new platform into a pre-eminent market participant in Berlin and Germany.'

'We will continue to focus on what we have a proven track record for: delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns by targeting quality assets that allows us to unlock value through operational excellence and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach,' concluded Massimo Massih, managing director of Caleus Capital Partners.
