German investment manager Caleus Capital Partners has acquired an office building in Hamburg from Savills Investment Management.
The Domkontor D10 property is located at the Domplatz, in the centre of the city. Refurbished in 2014, it has a total lettable area of around 6,900 m2 of office and retail space.
Patrick Reich, managing partner of Caleus Capital Partners, said: 'The acquisition of Domkontor in the heart of Hamburg marks the start of our strong commitment to the city in the future.'
The multi-tenant property is fully let to three companies: fashion and e-commerce company About You, coworking provider Design Offices and furniture designer Team 7.
According to Caleus, Domkontor is characterised by its unique, Hanseatic character in terms of design elements, and its unobstructed views of Domplatz.
Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the vendor. Caleus Capital Partners was legally advised by P+P Pöllath + Partners and Savills IM by CMS Hasche Sigle.
