Wilson Lee, a co-founder of London-based private equity real estate firm Cale Street Partners, is stepping away from the business, it has emerged.
Lee is transitioning to the role of senior advisor after five years and four months with the company.
He is continuing to assist clients and is on the investment committee but is moving away from day-to-day involvement.
Prior to joining Cale Street, he worked at First Growth, ING Real Estate Investment Management, UBS, and Lehman Brothers.
Cale Street was founded in 2014 with $1.5 bn from a Kuwaiti sovereign wealth fund.
Last year, it held the largest private fund close of any real estate vehicle via Cale Street 2 on €2.5 bn.
