Caerus Investment Management has announced the appointment of former AIG Lincoln/White Star professional Christopher Guilds as a director of asset management, based in Prague.
Operating from both Prague and London, Guild will be responsible for the asset management of Caerus’ European real estate portfolio and will be helping to forge new institutional investor and tenant client relationships, particularly across Central Europe.
The appointment follows Caerus' acquisition last December of the second phase of the Futurama business park in Prague from developer Erste Group Immorent CR.
