Cabot Properties has agreed a sale and leaseback deal on a warehouse, located in Weert, the Netherlands, for an undisclosed price.
Leased by logistics service provider Logistic Centre Weert (LCW), the warehouse at Havenweg 16 comprises of around 12,112 m2, of which around 6,490 m2 is new build.
The property will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023.
