Crédit Agricole Asset Management Real Estate (CAAM RE), on behalf of SCPI Edissimmo, has acquired the headquarters of LeasePlan in Hauts-de-Seine, near Paris. The building offers some 17,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space. It was sold by the German company Bankhaus Wölbern for about EUR 81 mln, excluding taxes, according to French paper Business Immo. Bankhaus Wölbern was advised by its asset manager L'Etoile Properties.
