US-based developer CA Ventures has launched a management company to oversee its portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) in Europe.
Novel Student will operate the portfolio for CA Ventures, including 897 planned beds in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Sheffield, due for completion during the academic year beginning in 2021.
The firm owns more than 20,000 student beds in total internationally, with additional locations planned in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy and Poland, confirmed for delivery in 2022 and 2023.
