CA Ventures appoints head of Italian business, to invest €170m in the country

Chicago-based, real estate investor CA Ventures has appointed Giuseppe Zafferri as new head of the Italian operations short after announcing plans to invest some €900 mln per annum in the development of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) across Europe.
