CA Immo’s One Frankfurt combined office and hotel skyscraper is the first high-rise in the world to receive DGNB Diamond certification.

One Frankfurt

One Frankfurt

The distinction was granted by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in recognition of its exceptional design and urban integration.

One had already secured the highest possible DGNB Platinum rating for its sustainable features.

Standing tall at nearly 190 meters, One opened in late 2022 and boasts near-full occupancy. To qualify for the DGNB Diamond, a project must first attain DGNB Gold or Platinum certification. This new Diamond distinction signifies that One surpasses mere sustainability, achieving architectural excellence as well.

An independent design commission meticulously evaluated factors like building form, material selection, and scale, ensuring both relevance and enduring appeal. The assessment also considered user experience aspects like floor plan flexibility, natural light access, and spatial flow, along with the building's overall integration within the surrounding neighborhood.

One also holds the distinction of being the first Central European high-rise to achieve triple platinum certification, including DGNB Platinum for sustainability, SmartScore Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum.

Besides premium office space, the mixed-use structure also houses a luxurious nhow-branded hotel, a co-working facility, and public amenities like the Frankfurt Skybar and a lobby cafe.

One has 49 floors (including the ground floor), approximately 68,000 m2 of rental space, of which 45,000 m2 of rentable office space, 475 car parking, and 610 bicycle parking spaces.
