Vienna-headquartered CA Immo has appointed Carsten Bachmann, head of asset management Germany, as an additional managing director of CA Immo Deutschland as of 1 January.
Bachmann has been with the company since September 2020. He was initially responsible for commercial asset management in Germany and took over the overall leadership of asset management Germany in summer 2022.
The management of CA Immo Deutschland also includes Silvia Schmitten-Walgenbach (CEO of CA Immo), Dr Andreas Schillhofer (CFO of CA Immo), Christof Altendorfer (Head of Investment Management Germany) and Matthias Schmidt (Head of Development Germany).
The firm also appointed Matthias Winkelhardt as head of CA Immo Munich on 1 January 2023. Winkelhardt has already been in charge of the company's Frankfurt office since December 2018 and is now responsible for both locations.
From 2019 to 2022, Winkelhardt was also a member of the management board of Zollhafen Mainz – a joint project company of CA Immo and Mainzer Stadtwerke for the development of the Mainz Zollhafen quarter.
When Winkelhardt left the management of Zollhafen Mainzin summer 2022, Christoph Jakoby, head of development Frankfurt, succeeded him in this position.
