Vienna-listed CA Immo has acquired two land plots as part of the Zollhafen Quarter development project in the German city of Mainz.
CA Immo is working in partnership with Stadtwerke Mainz on the project in the city's harbour area.
During MIPIM the two parties announced CA’s acquisition of the Hafenspitze and Rheinallee III plots for an office building and a mixed-use property.
The office building will comprise 12,000 m2 of floor space as part of the Hafenspitze development at the northern end of the inner harbour. The Rheinallee III development will provide 23,000 m2 of floor space for flats facing the harbour, large-scale retail and a day-care centre.
