Specialist office investor CA Immo has appointed Alexander Rafajlovic as head of market research & data analytics.
Based in Prague, Rafajlovic and his team will be responsible for coordinating, structuring, and analysing macro and market related data across the region, as well as tracking, analysing and interpreting trends affecting CA Immo’s business, both for future investment opportunities, and the existing portfolio.

Rafajlovic and his team are charged with providing a perspective on economic, capital market, and real estate market analysis to support strategic decision making, and research into forward-looking underwriting. The team will also lead the expansion and enhancement of CA Immo’s analytical tools and dashboards, the firm said.

Rafajlovic joins from Cushman & Wakefield’s CEE Capital Markets team, based in Prague, where he was a partner, working across portfolio and single asset transactions. he was previously head of research for the Czech Republic at the same firm. He started his career as a research analyst at Siemens Real Estate in Prague and Munich.
