Andreas Schillhofer has been confirmed as the new chief financial officer of CA Immo as of June 1.
Schillhofer will be responsible for accounting & tax, controlling & risk management, financing, investor relations and property valuation.
His previously held executive positions include various financial institutions, ranging from Mediobanca to Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greenhill & Co. In 2016, Schillhofer moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for listed and large private real estate companies in his capacity as partner and head of real estate corporate finance.
The Central European office specialist said in March that it was appointing Schillhofer to the role, suggesting that he would take up the position in October, if not earlier.
Founded in 1987, CA Immo is listed on the ATX index of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
