CA Immo, the Central European office landlord, has appointed Michael Morgan as its new head of investment management for Germany.
In his new role, Morgan will oversee investment management across the Austrian-listed group together with Hedwig Höfler, taking particular responsibility for the German market.

Morgan most recently worked as international partner and head of investment Frankfurt at Cushman & Wakefield. Since 2013, he has led the creation of the capital markets group for C&W in Frankfurt, focussing on the handling of national investment transactions worth €2.8 bn.
Prior to this Morgan held various managerial positions with such firms as Dragon Real Estate, Hines Immobilien, Shaftesbury Asset Management Germany and Union Investment Real Estate.
CA Immo specialises in office properties in Central European capitals and controls €3.9 bn of assets in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
