This means that over every phase of the project, deadlines, cost control and quality are assured - even when they are not acting within their domestic market.'
Globally, Cushman & Wakefield’s 1,600 project managers have completed 4,500 projects; fit out, conversion and due diligence (about 3,300 projects in EMEA) involving a total of some 22 million m2 of property. Of this 285,000 m2 was in EMEA.
