Polish developer Grupa Buma has sold the Rondo Business Park in Krakow to Credit Suisse Asset Management for an undisclosed amount. Rondo Business Park is a modern, A-class office complex with a total rentable area of 17,500 m2 and 500 parking spaces.
The development consists of three buildings: a 14-storey tower, a three-storey wing and a five-storey building, in the final phase of realisation, linked with the tower. Tenants include multinationals such as Capgemini, Statoil and ArcelorMittal.
Rondo Business Park is the second major office development in Krakow to be successfully developed and sold by the Buma Group. It follows closely on the heels of the completion and sale of the 28,000 m2 Buma Square Business Park office complex just over a year ago.
Buma was established in 1991 and has built more than 1,700 apartments, 270 detached houses and more than 55,000 m2 of office space. Colliers International represented Buma in the transaction. Knight Frank acted for the buyer.
