BSC Real Estate Advisors' managing partner Jason Sharman and investment head Michal Grabara have resigned along with colleagues Aleksandra Dawidczyk and Anna Andrzejuk to establish a new advisory firm focused on the Polish market.
Called Burlington Real Estate, the new firm will be Poland’s first investment-only advisory practice, covering all commercial asset classes including office, industrial, retail and leisure, the founders said.
Services will include providing investment acquisition and disposal advice, sourcing of debt, financial modelling, due diligence and asset management solutions.
