The need in student housing in Germany is incredibly high, so investors are most eager to acquire. The administrator managers have also recognized that and provide "carefree packages" - from commercial to technical management, including a performance-based rental services. Thus, the investor can relax safely and enjoy the attractive return.

As the GBI AG said on Monday at the Expo Real in Munich, more and more apartments in this asset class are also rented out to "in training" standing interested persons, as recently done in Hamburg with a share of 40 %. This is further indication, that the second-and-third-party use of this new asset class shows radical possibilities already.
