Niche UK retail, hospitality and leisure consultancy, Bruce Gillingham Pollard, has appointed Harry Cody-Owen as a director in its national leisure team.
Cody-Owen has been involved in many high-profile deals for key clients including Hammerson, Landsec, Abrdn, AEW and Legal & General.
Commenting on the appointment, BGP’s managing director, Tracey Pollard said: 'Harry joined the firm in September of 2020 as an associate director, and is now a leading leisure agent and a key member of the national team.

In addition to focusing on prime landlord instructions, Cody-Owen is also closely involved in the tenant representation side of the business, where he acts on behalf of a variety of well-known restaurant, nightclub and leisure operators.
