Colliers International has appointed Sean Briggs as managing director of retail agency for Eastern Europe. Briggs' remit covers Colliers’ retail agency business across Central and Eastern Europe, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Colliers International has appointed Sean Briggs as managing director of retail agency for Eastern Europe. Briggs' remit covers Colliers’ retail agency business across Central and Eastern Europe, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Briggs has 26 years of experience in the real estate sector in the UK and in Central and Eastern Europe. He has worked in Poland since 1995.
He previously worked at AIG/Lincoln Polska where he supervised the leasing of Galeria S³oneczna, a 42,000 m2 shopping centre located in Radom, central Poland. At ING Real Estate, Briggs was responsible for leasing Z³ote Tarasy, the largest mixed-use project in Warsaw.
