Prologis Europe has promoted Sander Breugelmans to head of capital deployment, Europe, effective 1 January.
Joseph Ghazal, who now leads global capital deployment for Prologis, previously served as head of Capital Deployment for Europe.
In this role, Breugelmans will oversee all teams responsible for capital deployment spanning amongst other things land, development, acquisitions, dispositions and fund contributions across the 12 European countries Prologis operates in.
With Prologis since 2006, Breugelmans has successfully led the Benelux team through growth as country manager and most recently expanded the Northern European portfolio into new markets as regional head.

Breugelmans brings 20+ years of expertise and experience in commercial real estate in Europe and the U.S. to the role, specialising in real estate capital markets, logistics real estate, asset management, transaction sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and execution.
Global logistics specialist Prologis has a European share of more than 22 million m2 in 12 countries.
