Property advisers B.Prime and CBRE have been appointed by France's Bouygues Immobilier to manage the marketing process for two office properties located at the Parque das Nações business park in Lisbon.
Designed by architect Mário Sua Kay, the Espace and Explorer buildings will provide respectively 10,000 m2 and 5,000 m2 of newly developed office space on completion in June 2010. The assets also offer a total of 358 parking spaces. They were bought by Pramerica Real Estate Investors through a forward purchase agreement in February 2008.
The properties are the latest addition to Bouygues' developments in Portugal following the construction of Torre Fernão Magalhães and Edifício Mar Mediterrâneo, which are also located in the Parque das Nações.
