French property group Bouygues Immobilier has sold the Wood Parc and Euralille 2 projects to German investor Deka Immobilien for EUR 62mln. Bouygues' development unit said that a total of three projects were sold to Deka this year, for a total of EUR 222mln. In January, the German investor bought the Eqwater project for some EUR 160mln.

Bouygues' development unit said that a total of three projects were sold to Deka this year, for a total of EUR 222mln. In January, the German investor bought the Eqwater project for some EUR 160mln.

Located in Toulouse, the Wood Parc complex will provide 13,000 m2 of space across three separate buildings. The complex, which was designed by architecture firm Laborie Architectes, will include sustainable features aimed at saving up to 15% of energy consumption. Construction work will begin in autumn 2008, with delivery scheduled for late 2009, early 2010.
