Designed by American architectural firm Arquitectonica, Eqwater is an eight-storey building developed in glass and steel with high energy-efficiency standards. Delivery is scheduled for 2010.

The Eqwater sale is Bouygues' third disposal in the Seine Ouest district in less than a year. The French company sold two office projects there to a Spanish investor for some EUR 155 mln last July, three months after disposing of the 45,500 m2 Tour Mozart for EUR 484 mln.
