Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has appointed Paul van Stiphout as fund manager Dutch residential investments effective 1 June, after he filled this position on an interim basis.

In his new position, van Stiphout is responsible for the investment strategy and fund management of the Bouwinvest Dutch institutional residential fund.

Van Stiphout has gained extensive knowledge of real estate investments in various regions, including Europe, North America and Asia. He also has experience in various real estate categories, including residential, retail, office, mixed-use and logistics.

He was previously the fund manager of the European residential fund III at Catella.

Prior to joining Catella, van Stiphout worked as global portfolio manager and deputy fund manager at CBRE Investment Management as part of the indirect private real estate team.

He also gained valuable experience at APG Asset Management, Doctors Pension Funds Services and Sweco.
