Dutch real estate investment manager Bouwinvest has hired Jeroen Beimer (pictured) and Joep Arts for its research & strategic advisory team.
Beimer has been appointed senior real estate investment strategist, to advise the company on market expectations, portfolio composition and investment policy.
His previous roles have included Rabo Real Estate Finance, FGH Bank and Bouwfonds Investment Management.
Arts joins Bouwinvest as medior market analyst. He previously worked as an advisor at Stec Group. At Bouwinvest, he will focus on the Dutch housing market and on international investments.
Over the next three years, Bouwinvest expects to grow its total assets under management to over € 11 bn.
According to the investment manager, its research team plays a crucial role in Bouwinvest’s investment process, analysing Dutch and international opportunities, advising business units and delivering new insights and market views.
