Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has appointed Marleen Bosma as director strategic business development to help further drive the company’s transition to a client-oriented organisation.
She will report to chief client officer (CCO) Mark Siezen.
Commented Siezen: 'In this newly created role, Marleen will contribute to Bouwinvest’s strategic positioning with clients in the market, initiate new investment solutions and develop and expand alliances with national and international investors.
'Marleen is the right person for this new position thanks to her track record on multiple investor platforms and her 20 years of real estate experience.'
Said Bosma: 'Our clients operate in a challenging environment and it’s therefore key for Bouwinvest to understand their needs and playing field.
'To this end, I’m looking forward to building on my research and pension fund experience and working with the team on the growth strategy and further professionalisation of the organisation that we have embarked on.'
A total of 36 pension funds, insurance companies and charities invest in the Bouwinvest funds and the Bouwinvest remit covers more than €15 bn in assets under management including five Dutch
sector funds and international mandates in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
